Return Policy
All claims must be made no later than 30 days of the shipping date.
Returns
You may return any item sold by Star500.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item cannot be washed or damaged. Send the item with a copy of the invoice and a short note letting us know if you would like to exchange the item or receive a refund to the following address:

Refunds
