Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
To order an item from Star 500, select the size of the item and click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, click on the "Continue Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you would like to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" icon at the top of the page.

Star 500 accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa Check Card, Star 500 gift certificates, checks, money orders, and cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Refunds
All items must be new and unwashed in order to receive a refund (shipping and handling fees are not refundable). To receive a refund, please send the item back with a copy of the invoice. Be sure to include a brief note on the invoice requesting a refund. Then send it to:

Exchanges
All items must be new and unwashed in order to exchange the items. To exchange an item, please send the item back with a copy of the invoice (customer is responsible for shipping fees). No, we are in the process of printing a new Star 500 Catalog.
How do I find an Item?
(3 ways to look for an item)
- At the top of each page, you will find alphabetical links that will allow you to browse our inventory by band or artist.
- Search boxes are located on every page of our web site. Type the name of the band or artist that you are looking for and search.
- You will also find links to browse categories (T-shirts, Hats, Stickers, Patches, Flags, Ladies' T-shirts and XXL T-shirts) in the left navigation bar of every page.
When you find the band or artist that interests you, click the name to see all the items available from that specific artist. Clicking on the image will provide you with more information about the item, including the availability of the sizes, a detailed image of the product, etc.
Do you ship to my Country?
At this time, we only ship to the United States.
What is the availability of an item?
All items listed are available unless noted that it is sold out. Please note that unprocessed orders have not been deducted from our stock, and may not be reflected immediately on our web site. To find out the sizes available for of a particular item, please use the Size drop down menu below the image of the T-shirt in the Product Detail page.
Are the T-shirts Pre-shrunk?
95% of all Star 500 T-shirts are preshrunk. However we are unable to distinguish which items have or have not been pre-shrunk.
Do I have to pay taxes?
If you are a California resident, then you must pay the 9.75% Sales Tax. If you reside in any other state, no tax will be charged to your order.
Can I order by Phone?
To order by Phone, please follow the directions below:
-Please choose the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
-After you have finished shopping, please proceed by clicking on Checkout.
-Fill out the Billing and Shipping information and click "Submit".
-From the Payment Options list, please choose "Phone Orders" and Continue.
-On the following page, please verify all your entered information and Submit Order.
-After submitting the order, you will receive an e-mail with an Order ID # and a toll free number.
-Please call us with your order ID and credit card number.
How long does it take to receive an order?
In the USA, if you order on line, your T-shirt should arrive within 5-8 business days. If you order off line with a Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check, your order should arrive within 15-20 business days after receiving the order and payment.
Note: If paying by credit card and your credit card billing address is differant than the shipping address, it may take an additional 3-5 buisness days to process your order.
Are your T-shirts original and authentic?
Yes, we deal directly with licensed companies only.
Is your web site secure?
During transmission of information by you to our website, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We will not reveal your credit card number when confirming an order, but we have to transmit the credit card number to the credit card processing company during the order process.

T-shirt Washing Tips
All T-shirts are washable. The prints are not heat transferred, they are silk screened onto the fabric. This process insures greater durability than any heat transferred process.
- It is always better to turn the T-shirt inside out first. Turning the T-shirt inside out will protect the printed area from rough surfaces in the machine and other laundry.
- Do not use washing agents containing any bleach.
- Hand washing is always perferable to ensure the maximum life span of all printed T-shirts.
- When machine washing, use only cold or warm water and a gentle cycle.
- To dry your T-shirt you can lay flat to dry or if you are using a dryer then leave the T-shirt inside out and dry on a low heat setting.

The majority of our T-shirts are in Adult Mens sizes. The approximate waistline measurements for these T-shirts are as follows:

Some of our T-shirts are European Cut and tend to run one size smaller than Standard Adult sizes.
